Himalay Gabil Mamishov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, “Caspian Energy Media” reports.
Note that prior to his current appointment, Himalay Mamishov served as the Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
