In January-November 2024, the Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) continued to lead non-oil and gas exports among state-owned enterprises in Azerbaijan, according to the December issue of the Export Review by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), “Caspian Energy Media” reports.
