Zaka Agil oglu Mirzayev has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population by order of the Minister, “Caspian Energy Media” reports.

Mirzayev has been serving in the public sector since 2005, holding positions including chief consultant, sector head, and deputy department head at the Ministry of Finance. In 2018, he became head of a department within the SSPF and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Fund in 2020.
