Taleh Kazimov, Chairman of the Board, PASHA Bank: Small and medium entrepreneurship has always been one of the most important priorities of our activity. Thus, late in 2013 the Bank opened the first out of four currently operating service centers rendering service only to the representatives of small business. Just like in the field of corporate lending, we offer clients an individual approach and have no interest in aggressive growth of this type of lending, based, as it usually happens in the market, on minimum analysis but maximum security. As a bank we are not interested in this approach. Our competitive advantage lies in our ability, unlike other banks, to provide the small business not only with financial but also consulting services. In other words, we provide the business with services it needs for development rather than services it finds appropriate.
We know that the small business which often depends on just one entrepreneur needs such advice. Nowadays, we provide such services for free and consider them a part of the corporate social responsibility. Now we are aspiring to make the quality of this advice fully adequate for business. Any bank is capable of providing a loan while not every bank is capable of making sure that clients will fully benefit from these funds. We offer credits with different terms: they vary depending on the needs of a certain business.
