COP29 President-Designate, Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev has discussed climate cooperation with Bolivia's Minister of the Environment and Water Alan Lisperguer Rosales, “Caspian Energy Media” informs, citing COP29's post on X.

"In an insightful meeting with Bolivia’s Minister of the Environment and Water, Alan Lisperguer Rosales, the COP29 President Designate discussed advancing climate goals through multilateral cooperation and finance solutions to support sustainable development, during COP16 in Colombia," the post reads.
