Over the past 5 years, the number of permanent labor contracts in the private sector of the non-oil industry has surged by 79%, resulting in 426,000 new contracts, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said in a post on X, Caspian Energy Media reports.
"This positive shift in the labor market is a result of growth-oriented tax policies, the launch of new ventures, and various investment promotion projects and incentives," the minister said.
