As you know, the Caspian Investment Week focused on the Green Energy Transition topic will be taking place in Azerbaijan from September 16 through 23. The 12th International Caspian Energy Forum - to be co-organized by Caspian Energy Club and Enermus CJSC - will be held within the framework of the Caspian Investment Week in Baku on September 18, 2024. This was said by Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Group CEO Telman Aliyev.
Dedicated to the Green World Solidarity Year, 30th anniversary of the Contract of the Century, and 25th anniversary of the Caspian Energy brand, the 12th International Caspian Energy Forum will focus on the following topics: 30th anniversary of the Contract of the Century – ensuring sustainable transition between two periods; Stable transportation of green energy generated in Azerbaijan to Europe; Transition to a green economy in countries located along the Middle Corridor; “Green Karabakh” and energy sustainability.
“Our goal is to highlight continuous development processes running in the region, positive outcomes of reforms ongoing in the Middle Corridor countries’ economies on the way towards a ‘green world’, attract investors to ‘green’ projects in the region and promote public and private sectors’ ‘green’ projects on an international arena”, Telman Aliyev said.
According to Telman Aliyev, participating in the 12th International Caspian Energy Forum will be more than 500 delegates, including heads of the government agencies, executives of public and transnational companies, international financial institutions, leading analytical centers, investment firms and rating agencies from the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic region states, as well as representatives of diplomatic and international missions accredited in Azerbaijan.

I hope that the 12th International Caspian Energy Forum will facilitate the adoption of fundamental steps to address the issues that are of great importance both to Azerbaijan and the region”, Telman Aliyev emphasized.
