Gross Domestic Product production increased by 4.3 percent

In January-April of 2024, the total Gross Domestic Product (GDP) produced in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 38 bln. 181.9 mln. or 4.3% more than the same period last

The added value in the oil and gas sector of the economy decreased by 0.1 percent, and in the non-oil and gas sector, it increased by 7.7 percent, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee

40.3 percent of GDP production in industry, 9.5 percent trade; vehicle repair, 6.9 percent in transport and warehousing, 6 percent in construction, 3.1 percent in agriculture, forestry and fishing, 2.4 percent in tourist accommodation and public catering, 1.7 percent in information and communication fields, 20 percent fell to other sectors, and net taxes on products and imports made up 10.1 percent of GDP.

The GDP per capita was 3748.1 AZN.
