Azerbaijan has discussed opportunities for developing investment cooperation and joint projects in various fields with Pakistan.
The discussions took place during a meeting between Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli and Pakistan's Federal Minister for Privatization, Board of Investment and Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, who was visiting Baku.
The sides emphasized that Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations, based on friendship and brotherhood, are developing. In this context, there is great potential for further expansion of economic ties. Strengthening mutual trade cooperation with Pakistan is of significant importance. They noted that the Preferential Trade Agreement signed between the countries will contribute to cooperation in this area.
