The registered address of the new company matches the address of the Space Agency ("Azercosmos") under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport — 72 Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street, Sabail District, Baku.
Its authorized capital amounts to 1 million manats, and its legal representative is Fariz Ali oglu Aliyev, who heads the Research and Development Center of "Azercosmos."
