On September 19, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev examined the ongoing reconstruction efforts in the village of Kangarli in Aghdam district.
The head of state was briefed on the progress of reconstruction, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.
