Azerbaijani junior judokas won two medals on the first day of the World Championship in Lima, Peru.

Nihad Mamishov in the weight category of 55 kg won all his rivals and won the Gold Medal, “Caspian Energy Media” reports with reference to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In 2023, N.Mamishov, who achieved the same success in the Croatian capital Zagreb, became a two-time world champion.
