Astana hosted an investment forum organised with the assistance of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan and the European Business Association of Kazakhstan (EUROBAK).

The main purpose of the event was to discuss current approaches and practices in judicial administration related to investment processes. Special attention was paid to the analysis of judicial practice in tax and customs spheres, as well as subsoil use issues. The forum became a platform for active exchange of views and experience aimed at minimising investment risks and resolving contentious issues through judicial and administrative procedures. The participants identified key areas of work with investors to improve judicial practice and protect their interests.
