The European Commission (EC) is launching an initiative to mobilize €200 billion for artificial intelligence (AI) investments in the European Union.
This was announced by EC President Ursula von der Leyen during her speech at the AI Summit in Paris, “Caspian Energy Media” reports, citing TASS.
"I am pleased to announce the 'InvestAI' initiative here. We aim to mobilize €200 billion in AI investments in Europe. Our focus will be on industrial and critical applications. This will be the world's largest public-private partnership for the development of trustworthy AI," she said.
