A session of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states is taking place in Moscow on 17–18 November under the chairmanship of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the Russian government press service reported.

At the upcoming session, Chinese Premier Li Qiang will engage in in-depth discussions with all parties on implementing the outcomes of the recent SCO summit, strengthening cohesion and coordination within the organization, and deepening regional economic as well as cultural and humanitarian cooperation, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a regular press briefing.
