On February 13, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, received the credentials of Dmitry Pinevich, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus.

Following the formal presentation of credentials, President Aliyev engaged in a discussion with Ambassador Pinevich, reaffirming the trust-based and friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus. The head of state praised the ongoing development of bilateral ties, emphasizing that they have now reached a qualitatively new level. He also underscored the significant potential for expanding economic cooperation, citing numerous projects currently under discussion.
