Обсуждался потенциал для углубления двусторонних и многосторонних отношений, основанных на дружбе, братстве, взаимном уважении и поддержке. Также был поднят вопрос о сотрудничестве в рамках международных организаций, таких как ООН, Организация исламского сотрудничества, Движение неприсоединения и СВМДА. On February 18, within the framework of the second day of the program in Al Kuwait President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Sheikh Sabah Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of this country.

Issues of further development and strengthening of Uzbek-Kuwaiti relations of friendship and comprehensive partnership were discussed.

Agreements have been reached on the early launch of the Platform for attracting investments, implementation of cooperation projects in agro-industrial complex, transportation and logistics, healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and other areas.

Particular attention was paid to the issues of mutual support of initiatives within the framework of the “Central Asia-Gulf Cooperation Council" dialogue.

On February 17, during his stay in Kuwait, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, received a delegation led by the Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs of the country, Sheikh Fahd Al-Sabah, at the residence allocated for him.

The Kuwaiti side at the meeting was also represented by the Minister of Finance and Investment, Noura Suleiman Al-Fassam, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Khalif Abdullah Al-Askar, and the Director of the Investment Agency, Sheikh Saud Al-Sabah.

The development of trade, economic, and investment ties was identified as a priority task.
