ICESCO launches its poetry contest “Cities of Poems” to Shusha
The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) announces the launch of its annual poetry award “Cities of Poems” as part of its Capitals of Culture in the Islamic World programme, which celebrates this year three cities: Marrakesh in the Kingdom of Morocco, Benghazi in the State of Libya, and Shusha in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to ICESCO.
The poems participating in the contest will be evaluated by a specialized committee from ICESCO and prominent poets, to select three winners from each city celebrated as the Capital of Culture in the Islamic World. The first-place winner will receive US$2000, the second-place winner will receive US$1500, and the third-place winner will receive US$1000, in addition to being awarded certificates of appreciation. ICESCO will publish a collection of the winning and distinguished poems participating in the contest.
Astana hosts financial conference on the Eurasian region

A meeting was held at the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AQTA) with experts from the Republic of Turkey on plant health and representatives of the Azerbaijan representative office of FAO, who are visiting our country within the framework of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)-Turkey Partnership Program (FTPP II).

Kyrgyzstan advises its citizens to avoid traveling to Russia
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Kyrgyzstan has advised its citizens to temporarily avoid visiting Russia.
As reported by Capian Energy Media with reference to local media, this is stated in the information distributed by the press service of the MFA.
"Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who do not have valid reasons for visiting the Russian Federation are advised to temporarily refrain from visiting the Russian Federation until additional security measures are applied and entry control at the state border is strengthened," the report says.

Министерство иностранных дел (МИД) Кыргызстана посоветовало своим гражданам временно не посещать Россию.
Как сообщает «Capian Energy Media» со ссылкой на местные СМИ, об этом говорится в информации, распространенной пресс-службой МИД.
"Гражданам Кыргызстана, не имеющим уважительных причин для посещения Российской Федерации, рекомендуется временно воздержаться от посещения Российской Федерации до тех пор, пока не будут применены дополнительные меры безопасности и усилен режим въездного контроля на государственной границе", - говорится в сообщении.
AQTA-da Türkiyəli mütəxəssislər və FAO-nun nümayəndələri ilə görüş keçirilib
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qida Təhlükəsizliyi Agentliyində (AQTA) BMT-nin Ərzaq və Kənd Təsərrüfatı Təşkilatı (FAO)-Türkiyə Tərəfdaşlıq Proqramı (FTPP II) çərçivəsində ölkəmizdə səfərdə olan bitki sağlamlığı üzrə Türkiyə Respublikasından olan mütəxəssislər və FAO-nun Azərbaycan nümayəndəliyinin təmsilçiləri ilə görüş olub.

Qırğızıstan Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi (XİN) vətəndaşlarına müvəqqəti olaraq Rusiyaya səfər etməməyi tövsiyə edib.

“Rusiya Federasiyasına səfər etmək üçün əsaslı səbəbləri olmayan Qırğızıstan vətəndaşlarına tətbiq edilmiş əlavə təhlükəsizlik tədbirləri və dövlət sərhədindən girişə gücləndirilmiş nəzarət rejimi ləğv edilənə qədər müvəqqəti olaraq səfərdən çəkinmək tövsiyə edilir”, - məlumatda bildirilib.
