Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday that Russia produced oil at levels close to the OPEC+ target in July.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission on energy cooperation, Novak highlighted that the country compensated for earlier shortfalls by adjusting future production volumes, Caspian Energy Media reports with reference to foreign media.
In other developments, the Russian representative also stated that there are no significant issues with payments for Russian oil and gas supplied to China. "At the moment, there are no particular problems here," Novak remarked.
