The 22nd Caspian International Transport, Transit, and Logistics Exhibition - Translogistica Caspian

From June 2 to 4, the 22nd Caspian International Transport, Transit, and Logistics Exhibition - Translogistica Caspian, an event of significant importance for the region, will be held in Azerbaijan. The exhibition will take place at the Baku Expo Center.

In response to rapidly changing global trade routes and growing transport challenges, Azerbaijan is increasingly positioning itself as a key transport hub in Eurasia. During a meeting on transport issues held in January of 2025, President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the importance of addressing infrastructure development and optimizing transit routes. In this context, international industry exhibitions have taken on even greater significance.

This event provides an essential platform for discussing and showcasing modern solutions in the transport sector. Over the years, it has become one of the leading events in logistics and transport, attracting professionals from across the Eurasian region.

TransLogistica Caspian exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, The Small and Medium Business (SMB) Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan – AZPROMO, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), Permanent Secretariat of The Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA, and Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA). Welcome letters are being sent to participants and organisers by the supporting structures.

The exhibition’s gold sponsor is the company Railgo. Holding a leading position in the freight transportation market for over 10 years, Railgo is the gold sponsor of the TransLogistica Caspian exhibition for the second consecutive year and attracts visitors' attention with its creative stand. The company specializes in providing freight forwarding services for the transportation of crude oil, liquefied gases, petroleum products, and petrochemical products by rail across the Russian Federation, CIS, Baltic countries, and neighboring regions.

Along with Azerbaijan, companies from Belarus, China, Georgia, India, Switzerland, the Russian Federation, and Türkiye, will take part in the three-day exhibition. The freight and logistics services sector is represented by companies such as Absheron Logistics Center, Ikra Logistics, CJ ICM Logistics, Sara Logistics, India's international freight and logistics company Palsun Maritime India Limited, and Qingdao Fengtie International Logistics Co., Ltd from China, which is a participant of the “Belt and Road Initiative”. For the first time, the exhibition will feature Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) — a global leader in transport and logistics.

The exhibition serves as a unique platform for bringing together high-level officials and specialists representing the state transport structures of Azerbaijan and regional countries. It provides an opportunity to showcase the latest achievements in transport technologies, access potential clients, and explore prospective infrastructure projects. Within the framework of the TransLogistica Caspian exhibition, the collaboration established between the public and private sectors lays the groundwork for the implementation of innovative approaches in transport and logistics, the improvement of infrastructure, and the overall sustainable development of the sector. This mutual cooperation contributes to economic growth and accelerates regional integration.

One of the noteworthy aspects of the event is the participation of government institutions alongside commercial companies. This year, organizations such as the State Customs Committee, Azerbaijan Railways, and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK) are taking part in the exhibition with their own stands. In addition, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian Railway will also be represented at the exhibition with their stands.

The TransLogistica Caspian exhibition is a dynamic platform that unites various sectors of the transport industry. As in previous years, this year's event will traditionally focus on key areas of the transport sector such as railway infrastructure, the maritime industry, commercial transportation, and transport-logistics services. In addition, the exhibition will cover a number of new directions.

Amid the global transformation of logistics routes and increasing competition, participating in TransLogistica Caspian is a crucial step for companies looking to stay ahead of industry trends. The exhibition offers opportunities for collaboration, facilitates integration into international transport corridors, and provides unique avenues for business development under initiatives such as the “Middle Corridor”, TRACECA, and the “Belt and Road Initiative”.

As part of the exhibition, a rich business programme will be organised, featuring B2B and B2G meetings with the participation of local and international companies, as well as various thematic events and discussions. During the event, panel discussions will be held on topics such as “Development of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in Azerbaijan”, “Digitalisation of Railway Transport” and “Multimodal Transport in the Caspian Region: Prospects and Challenges in Ensuring Efficient Transport Logistics” among others.

Renowned experts in the field of transport and logistics, as well as representatives of government agencies, will speak at the panel discussions. The panel titled “Development of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in Azerbaijan” will be moderated by one of the country’s most well-known automotive bloggers, CEO of “AvtoStop Media”, Tural Yusifov. Representatives of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency, the Azerbaijan Automobile Dealers Association, and other automotive bloggers will also take part in the discussions.

In the panel discussion “Digitalization of Railway Transport”, the Secretary General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA, Asset Assavbayev, will deliver a welcome speech, and another representative of the organization will act as moderator. Representatives from Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Georgian Railway JSC, Turkish State Railways, Moldovan Railways, and KTZ-Cargo Transportation LLP will also join the discussion.
