Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of Uzbekistan B.Islamov held a meeting with Turkish Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ahmet-Berat Çonkar and Turkish Ambassador to Uzbekistan Ufuk Ulutaş.

During the meeting, the sides discussed joint projects of MTA and Ministry of Mining Industry, conditions created for investors in Uzbekistan, subsoil plots offered to entrepreneurs through auction on the basis of transparent mechanisms, as well as attention paid to education.

Views were also exchanged on improving sectoral legislation, ongoing reforms and strengthening international partnerships. "Caspian Energy Media" reports, citing Ministry of mining industry and geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
