President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held talks with President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev at the "Kuksaroy" residence.

Topical issues of further development of practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Bulgaria were discussed. Special attention was paid to the issues of increasing trade turnover, primarily by expanding supplies of textile, food, chemical and pharmaceutical products, metal products and technological equipment.

Promotion of joint projects in agricultural complex and food industry, pharmaceuticals, geology, artificial intelligence, digital and IT technologies, tourism was identified as a priority direction.
