Россия поддерживает выдвинутую председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином инициативу по созданию более эффективной системы глобального управления, заявил в понедельник президент России Владимир Путин в ходе выступления на расширенном заседании "ШОС плюс" в Тяньцзине.

По сообщению российских СМИ, В. Путин в своей речи отметил, что "Россия поддерживает инициативу председателя Си Цзиньпина и заинтересована в том, чтобы приступить к конкретному обсуждению предложений, которые высказали наши китайские друзья".

Российский лидер напомнил, что с момента своего создания в 2001 году ШОС "активно участвует в усилиях по формированию на общем Евразийском континенте атмосферы мира и безопасности, доверия и сотрудничества". "В этой связи мы, безусловно, внимательным образом выслушали все, что предлагается господином Си Цзиньпином по созданию новой, более эффективной и функциональной системы глобального управления", -- заверил он.

The annual Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit has begun in Tianjin, China. Leaders from 21 countries and more than 10 international organizations are participating. During the event, key documents of the member states are expected to be adopted, including the organization’s development strategy for the next 10 years.

The President of the People’s Republic of China expressed confidence that, with the coordinated efforts of all parties, the current summit will be fully successful, that the SCO will continue to play an even more significant role, achieve further development, and make a greater contribution to the cohesion and cooperation of its member states, the unity of the Global South, and the advancement of human civilization.

China will fully support Kyrgyzstan’s growing role in international and regional affairs and is ready to jointly uphold a UN-centered international system to make a new contribution to global peace and development, President Xi Jinping stated during a meeting with Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov in the port city of Tianjin in northern China. During the meeting, bilateral agreements were signed on cooperation in transport connectivity, human resources, civil aviation, and regional development.

Ahead of the SCO Summit, China and India outlined new prospects for improving their relations. Xi Jinping stated that China and India should become good-neighborly, friendly partners who contribute to each other’s success. “The joint pas de deux of the Dragon and the Elephant” should be the right choice for the two countries, he added. Noting that this year marks the 75th anniversary of China–India diplomatic relations, Xi Jinping emphasized that both countries need to view and manage their bilateral relations from a strategic and long-term perspective.

China’s trade with other Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states reached approximately USD 512.4 billion in 2024, a 2.7% increase year-on-year, Deputy Minister of Commerce of China Ling Ji said at a press conference ahead of the SCO Summit. According to him, last year China imported crude oil, natural gas, and coal worth about USD 90 billion from other SCO member states, as well as agricultural products totaling USD 13.66 billion. 

Lin Ji noted that in 2024, energy imports from other SCO countries made up roughly one-fifth of China’s total imports.

Zhang Li, Director of the Ministry of Commerce’s Department of Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation, added that investment and industrial cooperation with SCO member states has steadily developed in recent years.

Zhang Li added that in recent years, Chinese companies have established more than 3,000 enterprises in other SCO countries, creating an average of over 200,000 jobs per year.

Over its 24 years of existence, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, originally created to address security issues, has evolved into a comprehensive regional organization representing nearly half of the world’s population.

From the beginning of 2025 through August 29, the total number of trains operating on China–Europe/Central Asia routes and passing through the Khorgos railway border crossing in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Northwest China) exceeded 6,600, marking a 21.8% increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Urumqi branch of China Railway Corporation (CRC). To date, more than 48,000 China–Europe/Central Asia freight trains have passed through the Khorgos railway crossing, running along 90 routes connecting 46 cities and regions across 18 countries.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution on the “Rules for fishing and other aquatic biological resources,” the ban on industrial capture of fish and other aquatic biological resources during the spawning period in the Kura River, Lake Sarysu, and the Mingachevir, Shamkir, Aras, and Yenikend reservoirs has officially been lifted today.

In Tianjin, China, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization adopted key documents addressing development through 2035, threat mitigation, dialogue expansion, the digital economy, and sustainable energy.

At the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting, the following documents were signed:

1. Tianjin Declaration of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

2. Decision of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the Approval of Documents Following the Council Meeting:

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization development strategy through 2035;

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States Cooperation Program to Counter Extremist Ideology in the SCO Region for 2026–2030;

- Roadmap for the implementation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization energy cooperation strategy through 2030, as well as several other documents.

В китайском городе Тяньцзинь в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества приняты ключевые документы по развитию до 2035 года, борьбе с угрозами, расширению диалога, цифровой экономике и устойчивой энергетике.

В ходе заседания Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества были подписаны следующие документы:

1. Тяньцзиньская декларация Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества;

2. Решение Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества об утверждении документов по итогам заседания Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества:

- Стратегия развития Шанхайской организации сотрудничества до 2035 года;

- Программа сотрудничества государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества в противодействии экстремистской идеологии на пространстве Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на 2026-2030 годы;

- Дорожная карта по реализации Стратегии развития энергетического сотрудничества Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на период до 2030 года, а также ряд других документов.

Cогласно постановлению Кабинета Министров "Правилам промысла рыбы и других водных биоресурсов", запрет на промышленный лов рыбы и других водных биоресурсов в связи с нерестовым периодом в реке Кура, озере Сарысу, Мингячевирском, Шамкирском, Аразском и Еникендском водохранилищах сегодня официально снят.

За период с начала 2025 года по 29 августа, общее количество поездов, курсировавших по маршрутам Китай-Европа /Центральная Азия/ и прошедших через ж/д погранпереход Хоргос Синьцзян-Уйгурского автономного района /СУАР, Северо-Западный Китай/, превысило 6 600, что на 21,8 проц. больше, чем годом ранее, свидетельствуют данные Урумчийского отделения корпорации "Китайские железные дороги" /КЖД/. На данный момент через ж/д КПП Хоргос в общей сложности прошло более 48 тыс. грузовых поездов Китай-Европа /Центральная Азия/, которые курсировали по 90 соответствующим маршрутам, охватывающим 46 городов и районов в 18 странах.

В Тяньцзине (Китай) начал работу ежегодный саммит Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС). В нём принимают участие лидеры 21 страны и более 10 международных организаций. В рамках мероприятия ожидается принятие основных документов государств-членов, включая стратегию развития организации на ближайшие 10 лет.

Председатель КНР выразил уверенность в том, что при согласованных усилиях всех сторон нынешний саммит увенчается полным успехом, что ШОС непременно будет играть еще более значимую роль, добьется еще большего развития и внесет еще больший вклад в сплоченность и взаимодействие своих государств-членов, в объединение сил Глобального Юга и в содействие прогрессу человеческой цивилизации.

Китай будет всемерно поддерживать растущую роль Кыргызстана в международных и региональных делах, готов вместе с Кыргызстаном твердо отстаивать ооноцентричную международную систему, чтобы внести новый вклад в дело мира и развития во всем мире, заявил председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин  во время встречи с президентом Кыргызстана Садыром Жапаровым в портовом городе Тяньцзинь на севере Китая. В ходе встречи были подписаны двусторонние документы о сотрудничестве в области транспортной взаимосвязанности, человеческих ресурсов, гражданской авиации, и по линии регионов.

В преддверие Саммита Китай и Индия наметили новые перспективы улучшения отношений. Си Цзиньпин заявил, что Китай и Индия должны стать добрососедскими и доброжелательными друзьями и партнерами, которые способствуют успеху друг друга. "Совместное па-де-де дракона и слона" должно стать правильным выбором для двух стран, продолжил он. Отметив, что в этом году исполняется 75 лет со дня установления китайско-индийских дипломатических отношений, Си Цзиньпин заявил, что обеим странам необходимо рассматривать двусторонние отношения и управлять ими со стратегической высоты и долгосрочной перспективы.

Товарооборот Китая с другими странами-членами Шанхайской организации сотрудничества /ШОС/ по итогам 2024 года достиг примерно 512,4 млрд долларов США, что на 2,7 проц. больше в годовом исчислении. Об этом сообщил в преддверии Саммита ШОС  на пресс-конференции заместитель министра коммерции КНР Лин Цзи. По его словам, в прошлом году Китай импортировал из других стран-членов ШОС сырую нефть, природный газ и уголь на сумму около 90 млрд долларов, а также сельскохозяйственную продукцию на сумму 13,66 млрд долларов.

Как уточнил Лин Цзи, в 2024 году импорт энергоносителей из других стран-членов ШОС составил около одной пятой от общего объема китайского импорта.

"Инвестиционное и промышленное сотрудничество между Китаем и другими государствами-членами ШОС в последние годы демонстрирует устойчивое развитие", -- отметил в свою очередь глава Департамента внешних инвестиций и экономического сотрудничества Минкоммерции Чжан Ли.

Чжан Ли добавил, что за последние годы китайские предприятия учредили более 3 тыс. компаний в других странах ШОС, создавая за счет этого в среднем более 200 тыс. рабочих мест в год.

За 24 года своего существования Шанхайская организация сотрудничества, изначально созданная для решения проблем безопасности, превратилась во всеобъемлющую региональную организацию, представляющую почти половину мирового населения.

On August 31, ahead of the SCO Summit in Tianjin, China, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, met with the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping. 

The Chinese leader noted that Azerbaijan and China have maintained over 30 years of successful cooperation, and that their ties are now developing at the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership. The President of the People’s Republic of China emphasized the growth of trade between our countries, the expansion of cooperation in the energy sector—including renewable energy—and in digitalization. Noting that Azerbaijan-China cooperation is also being strengthened within Xi Jinping’s “Belt and Road” initiative, he emphasized the importance of transporting Chinese goods through Azerbaijan and highlighted the significance of the Trans-Caspian route in this context. The President of the People’s Republic of China stated that his country supports the expansion of Azerbaijan’s relations with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

President Ilham Aliyev, in turn, particularly emphasized the importance of the signed comprehensive strategic partnership agreement.

The head of state noted that Azerbaijan supports China’s position on Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and was among the first countries to condemn the recent elections held in Taiwan.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that trade relations between our countries have seen significant growth. Referring to the “Belt and Road” initiative, he highlighted the increase in transport volumes—particularly of Chinese goods—via the Middle Corridor, which is an important part of the initiative and passes through Azerbaijan, as an example of the corridor’s efficiency and attractiveness. It was also emphasized that tourism relations have developed in recent years following the implementation of the visa-free agreement. 

President Ilham Aliyev then met with Ni Zheng, Acting President and Chairman of China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (“Energy China”). The meeting highlighted Energy China’s cooperation in green energy, including the construction of solar power plants and offshore wind farms in Azerbaijan. Ni Zhen expressed interest in implementing new projects, including wastewater treatment, recycling and reuse, optimization of water management operations, as well as joint construction of photovoltaic panels in water reservoirs. 

Ilham Aliyev also met with Se Yi, Founder and Chairman of Sichuan Sunsync Photovoltaic Technology Co. According to AZERTAC, the discussions focused on the near-future establishment of a solar panel manufacturing facility in the Alat Special Economic Zone, designed to meet the most advanced technological standards. It was emphasized that the majority of the products produced there will be intended for export to global markets.

Se Yi stated that Azerbaijan has created a favorable investment environment and that the decision to invest in the country was made in light of the strategic relations between Azerbaijan and China.

The head of state also met with Ju Peng of CETC (China Electronics Technology Group Corporation) and Song Hailiang, Chairman of CCCC (China Communications Construction Company). During the discussion, the parties exchanged views on the development of the Trans-Caspian transport corridor, the participation of these companies in the second phase of the Baku International Sea Trade Port, as well as the advancement of digital technologies. Song Hailiang stated that they will present conceptual proposals for the cleaning and restoration of lakes on the Absheron Peninsula. The meeting also included an exchange of views on large-scale projects aimed at further enhancing Azerbaijan’s transport and transit potential, as the country has become an important transport hub.
