21–23 мая в Лейпциге (Германия) проходит Саммит «Международный транспортный форум 2025».

На саммите с участием свыше 1200 делегатов из более чем 80 стран нашу страну представляет делегация во главе с заместителем министра цифрового развития и транспорта Рахманом Гумматовым.

Представительное мероприятие посвящено теме «Устойчивость транспорта к глобальным потрясениям». Участники саммита обсудили пути обеспечения устойчивости транспортных систем на фоне вызовов, обусловленных разрушительными факторами, такими как стихийные бедствия, пандемии, киберугрозы и геополитические кризисы.

На мероприятии председательство в Саммите Международного транспортного форума на 2025–2026 годы перешло от Чили к Азербайджану. Mayın 21-23-də Almaniyanın Leypsiq şəhərində “Beynəlxalq Nəqliyyat Forumu 2025” Sammiti keçirilib.

Tədbirdə ölkəmizi rəqəmsal inkişaf və nəqliyyat nazirinin müavini Rəhman Hümmətovun rəhbərlik etdiyi nümayəndə heyəti təmsil edir. Sammitə 80-dən artıq ölkədən 1200-dən çox nümayəndə qatılıb.

Tədbir “Qlobal şoklara qarşı nəqliyyatın davamlılığı” mövzusuna həsr olunub. İştirakçılar təbii fəlakətlər, pandemiyalar, kibertəhlükələr və geosiyasi böhranlar kimi pozucu amillərin yaratdığı çətinliklər fonunda nəqliyyat sistemlərinin dayanıqlığının təmin olunması yollarını müzakirə ediblər.

Tədbirdə 2025 – 2026-cı illər üzrə Beynəlxalq Nəqliyyat Forumu Sammitinə prezidentlik Çilidən Azərbaycana təhvil verilib. Azərbaycan bu vəzifəyə 2023-cü ildə üzv dövlətlərin yekdil qərarı ilə seçilib və ilk dəfə olaraq prezidentlik missiyasını üzərinə götürüb.

On May 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a delegation of participants of the second meeting of the Ministers of Internal Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

On May 13, 2025, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, visited the Caspian Energy Club stand during the 30th anniversary Azerbaijan International Food Industry Exhibition (InterFood Azerbaijan) and the 18th Azerbaijan International Agriculture Exhibition (Caspian Agro).

Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Group CEO Telman Aliyev briefed the President on the establishment of Caspian Energy Holding.

The networking platforms, media projects, forums, and awards that have operated for many years under the Caspian Energy brand are now being consolidated under a unified management structure with the establishment of Caspian Energy Holding.  The main goal of the new holding is to unify and streamline all existing projects under the Caspian Energy brand, enhance their management efficiency, digitize operations, and promote international development.

One of the key priorities is the digital transformation of the included projects and making them globally accessible in the format of a unified platform. To support this initiative, 50% of the shares in Caspian Energy Holding are being offered for sale. As part of the investment offering, the sale of a 50% stake provides potential partners with the opportunity to become direct co-owners of Caspian Energy Holding and all its projects. This also offers participants the opportunity to promote their products and services on the global stage and play a strategic role in international partnerships. At the same time, the companies and projects within the holding will be divided into different groups and offered for sale with shares ranging from 25% to 75%.

The funds obtained from the sale will be used to create a unified digital platform. This platform will enable entrepreneurs from over 100 countries to network through Caspian Energy Club, the European Economic Cooperation Public Union, and the Azerbaijan National Business Association.

It is worth noting that the Azerbaijan National Business Association and its associated brands and projects will be managed by Caspian Energy Holding for a period of seven years, after which they will operate independently.

Through this unified digital platform, it will be possible to establish global business connections, develop partner collaborations, and promote products and services in international markets. The platform will operate in B2B, B2G, and B2C formats, and will also facilitate direct engagement between local/global businesses and government institutions. A global loyalty program integrated into the platform will also be introduced.

Caspian Energy Holding will also function as an investment agency, introducing investors from around the world to producers operating in Azerbaijan and Middle Corridor countries, as well as to the regional investment environment. Furthermore, the holding will play an active role in promoting products and services manufactured in the Middle Corridor countries to international markets.

Caspian Energy Holding is planned to go public through an IPO within five years.

Minister of Mining Industry and Geology of Uzbekistan B.Islamov held a meeting with Turkish Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ahmet-Berat Çonkar and Turkish Ambassador to Uzbekistan Ufuk Ulutaş.

During the meeting, the sides discussed joint projects of MTA and Ministry of Mining Industry, conditions created for investors in Uzbekistan, subsoil plots offered to entrepreneurs through auction on the basis of transparent mechanisms, as well as attention paid to education.

On May 5, Tashkent hosted the inaugural meeting of the Uzbek-Slovak Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.

The parties discussed a broad range of issues aimed at strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation. Special emphasis was placed on trade and economic collaboration. The meeting also explored opportunities for cooperation in energy, particularly renewable energy, agriculture, and the development of critical raw materials. This includes joint efforts in geological exploration, extraction, and processing of rare and rare-earth minerals.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a final protocol was signed, outlining the agreements reached. Both parties agreed to hold the next session of the Commission in Bratislava.

5 мая в Ташкенте состоялось первое заседание Узбекско-Словацкой межправительственной комиссии по экономическому сотрудничеству.

Стороны обсудили широкий круг вопросов, направленных на укрепление и развитие двустороннего взаимодействия. Особое внимание было уделено торгово-экономическому сотрудничеству.

Также рассмотрены перспективы развития сотрудничества в сферах энергетики и возобновляемых источников энергии, сельском хозяйстве, в области критических сырьевых материалов, включая геологоразведку, разработку и переработку редких и редкоземельных минералов. По итогам заседания был подписан итоговый протокол, определяющий достигнутые договорённости, а также согласованы меры по проведению следующего заседания Комиссии в Братиславе.
