Elnur Shamistan Baghirov has been appointed as Chairman of State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “Caspian Energy Media” reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.
