Российские «Газпром» и Китайская национальная нефтегазовая корпорация (CNPC) подписали соглашение об увеличении ежегодных поставок природного газа в Китай по трубопроводу «Сила Сибири-2», а также через Дальний Восток, сообщило во вторник российское информационное агентство РИА Новости.

В частности, российская компания будет транспортировать по трубопроводу до 50 миллиардов кубометров газа в год в течение 30 лет, сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на главу «Газпрома» Алексея Миллера, находящегося в Пекине. По словам Миллера, цена на топливо будет ниже той, которую «Газпром» в настоящее время взимает с потребителей в Европе, сообщает Bloomberg.Согласно сообщениям, энергетический гигант согласился увеличить поставки в Китай по существующему маршруту «Сила Сибири» на 6 млрд кубометров в год. Текущая годовая мощность трубопровода составляет 38 млрд кубометров.

По данным отчетов, объемы поставок по будущему дальневосточному газопроводу с Китаем, запуск которого запланирован на 2027 год, также превысят первоначально запланированные 10 миллиардов кубометров в год. Протяженность «Силы Сибири — 2» должна составить 2,6 тысячи километров: газопровод начинается на Ямальском месторождении и идет в Китай через Монголию. Проектные мощности поставок — примерно 50 млрд кубометров газа в год.  После пуска в эксплуатацию Газпром  сможет экспортировать предназначенные для ЕС и Турции 32,5 млрд трубопроводного газа в Китай по договорным ценам.

Türkiye’s economy grew by 4.8 percent in the second quarter compared to a year earlier, exceeding market forecasts.

The Turkish Statistical Institute reported that gross domestic product (GDP), adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects, increased by 1.6 percent compared to the first quarter. Growth accelerated from a revised 2.3 percent in January–March.

According to an Anadolu survey, annual growth for April–June had been forecast at 3.87 percent. The government is targeting growth of 4 percent this year and is expected to update its forecast this month.

Construction and industry were the main drivers of growth, while agriculture contracted. In terms of spending, household consumption and investment supported growth, but government spending declined. Türkiye’s annual national income is approaching 1.5 trillion US dollars.

Турецкий статистический институт сообщил, что валовой внутренний продукт /ВВП/ с учетом сезонной и календарной корректировок вырос на 1,6 проц. по сравнению с первым кварталом. Рост ускорился с пересмотренных 2,3 проц. в январе-марте. Согласно исследованию Анадолу, годовой рост в апреле-июне был спрогнозирован на уровне 3,87 проц. Правительство нацелено на рост в 4 проц. в этом году и, как ожидается, обновит свой прогноз в этом месяце.  Строительство и промышленность стали основными факторами роста, в то время как сельское хозяйство сократилось. Что касается расходов, то потребление домашних хозяйств и инвестиции поддерживали рост, но государственные расходы снизились. Годовой национальный доход Турции приближается к 1,5 трлн долларов США.

Россия поддерживает выдвинутую председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином инициативу по созданию более эффективной системы глобального управления, заявил в понедельник президент России Владимир Путин в ходе выступления на расширенном заседании "ШОС плюс" в Тяньцзине.

По сообщению российских СМИ, В. Путин в своей речи отметил, что "Россия поддерживает инициативу председателя Си Цзиньпина и заинтересована в том, чтобы приступить к конкретному обсуждению предложений, которые высказали наши китайские друзья".

Российский лидер напомнил, что с момента своего создания в 2001 году ШОС "активно участвует в усилиях по формированию на общем Евразийском континенте атмосферы мира и безопасности, доверия и сотрудничества". "В этой связи мы, безусловно, внимательным образом выслушали все, что предлагается господином Си Цзиньпином по созданию новой, более эффективной и функциональной системы глобального управления", -- заверил он.

The annual Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit has begun in Tianjin, China. Leaders from 21 countries and more than 10 international organizations are participating. During the event, key documents of the member states are expected to be adopted, including the organization’s development strategy for the next 10 years.

The President of the People’s Republic of China expressed confidence that, with the coordinated efforts of all parties, the current summit will be fully successful, that the SCO will continue to play an even more significant role, achieve further development, and make a greater contribution to the cohesion and cooperation of its member states, the unity of the Global South, and the advancement of human civilization.

China will fully support Kyrgyzstan’s growing role in international and regional affairs and is ready to jointly uphold a UN-centered international system to make a new contribution to global peace and development, President Xi Jinping stated during a meeting with Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadyr Japarov in the port city of Tianjin in northern China. During the meeting, bilateral agreements were signed on cooperation in transport connectivity, human resources, civil aviation, and regional development.

Ahead of the SCO Summit, China and India outlined new prospects for improving their relations. Xi Jinping stated that China and India should become good-neighborly, friendly partners who contribute to each other’s success. “The joint pas de deux of the Dragon and the Elephant” should be the right choice for the two countries, he added. Noting that this year marks the 75th anniversary of China–India diplomatic relations, Xi Jinping emphasized that both countries need to view and manage their bilateral relations from a strategic and long-term perspective.

China’s trade with other Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states reached approximately USD 512.4 billion in 2024, a 2.7% increase year-on-year, Deputy Minister of Commerce of China Ling Ji said at a press conference ahead of the SCO Summit. According to him, last year China imported crude oil, natural gas, and coal worth about USD 90 billion from other SCO member states, as well as agricultural products totaling USD 13.66 billion. 

Lin Ji noted that in 2024, energy imports from other SCO countries made up roughly one-fifth of China’s total imports.

Zhang Li, Director of the Ministry of Commerce’s Department of Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation, added that investment and industrial cooperation with SCO member states has steadily developed in recent years.

Zhang Li added that in recent years, Chinese companies have established more than 3,000 enterprises in other SCO countries, creating an average of over 200,000 jobs per year.

Over its 24 years of existence, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, originally created to address security issues, has evolved into a comprehensive regional organization representing nearly half of the world’s population.

From the beginning of 2025 through August 29, the total number of trains operating on China–Europe/Central Asia routes and passing through the Khorgos railway border crossing in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Northwest China) exceeded 6,600, marking a 21.8% increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Urumqi branch of China Railway Corporation (CRC). To date, more than 48,000 China–Europe/Central Asia freight trains have passed through the Khorgos railway crossing, running along 90 routes connecting 46 cities and regions across 18 countries.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution on the “Rules for fishing and other aquatic biological resources,” the ban on industrial capture of fish and other aquatic biological resources during the spawning period in the Kura River, Lake Sarysu, and the Mingachevir, Shamkir, Aras, and Yenikend reservoirs has officially been lifted today.

In Tianjin, China, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization adopted key documents addressing development through 2035, threat mitigation, dialogue expansion, the digital economy, and sustainable energy.

At the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting, the following documents were signed:

1. Tianjin Declaration of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;

2. Decision of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the Approval of Documents Following the Council Meeting:

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization development strategy through 2035;

- Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States Cooperation Program to Counter Extremist Ideology in the SCO Region for 2026–2030;

- Roadmap for the implementation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization energy cooperation strategy through 2030, as well as several other documents.

В китайском городе Тяньцзинь в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества приняты ключевые документы по развитию до 2035 года, борьбе с угрозами, расширению диалога, цифровой экономике и устойчивой энергетике.

В ходе заседания Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества были подписаны следующие документы:

1. Тяньцзиньская декларация Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества;

2. Решение Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества об утверждении документов по итогам заседания Совета глав государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества:

- Стратегия развития Шанхайской организации сотрудничества до 2035 года;

- Программа сотрудничества государств - членов Шанхайской организации сотрудничества в противодействии экстремистской идеологии на пространстве Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на 2026-2030 годы;

- Дорожная карта по реализации Стратегии развития энергетического сотрудничества Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на период до 2030 года, а также ряд других документов.

Cогласно постановлению Кабинета Министров "Правилам промысла рыбы и других водных биоресурсов", запрет на промышленный лов рыбы и других водных биоресурсов в связи с нерестовым периодом в реке Кура, озере Сарысу, Мингячевирском, Шамкирском, Аразском и Еникендском водохранилищах сегодня официально снят.
